STAGE 1 — LEVERAGE. Settle who you're leading from. Your worth stops rising and falling with the quarter. You lead from sonship, not from a scoreboard.
STAGE 2 — INFLUENCE. Deal with what flows out of you. Your team absorbs your spirit before they follow your strategy — this stage makes sure what they're absorbing is peace, not pressure.
STAGE 3 — FOCUS. Guard the lane God actually gave you. Say no without guilt. Build a calendar that matches your assignment instead of everyone else's expectations.
STAGE 4 — EXECUTE. Turn what's settled into steady, courageous action — with systems that protect your soul, your family, and your integrity while the work grows.
