Mark Caudle is the visionary behind Lead Thru Life, a movement calling Christians to rise with courage in an hour when leadership is desperately needed. With over twenty years of experience in coaching, high-stakes sales, and the demanding arenas of politics and public life, Mark has walked through fire, loss, rebuilding, and rediscovery, emerging with a deep conviction: you cannot fix a spiritual problem with a secular solution.

WhY THE LIFE PATH

 

For years, Mark devoured the teachings of well-known leadership authors and speakers. Their content was helpful, up to a point. But they all shared the same limitation: you cannot secularize a spiritual issue.
 

Leadership at its core is not merely a skill to master. It’s a spiritual calling, a matter of identity, purpose, and obedience.

 

As Mark grew in his coaching career, he began to feel the tension. He could no longer, in good conscience, offer purely secular approaches to people facing deeply spiritual leadership struggles. Everything shifted when he strengthened his own identity in Christ. That moment was the turning point. His life changed, his leadership changed, and his mission became unmistakably clear.

 

This journey led him to develop what eventually became the LIFE Path, now in its third generation. It began in 2016 as a course called RISE Selling. Over the years, through extensive research, hundreds of coaching conversations, and real-world application, Mark refined, rebuilt, and reimagined the framework. The core concepts remained strong, but the spiritual foundation became unshakable.

 

The result is the LIFE Path as it stands today:
A Christ-centered roadmap that anchors leaders in identity, strengthens their inner world, clarifies their purpose, and equips them to execute with bold obedience.

He’s not a pastor. He doesn’t pretend to be. After volunteering in ministry for over 20 years and witnessing all kinds of leaders and leadership gaps, Mark understands how crucial this is.

 

He approaches Scripture with a high view, treating the Word of God as inerrant, authoritative, and non-negotiable. In a time when many believers reshape God to fit their sin, Mark calls leaders back to the unchanging truth of the Bible. His commitment to sound doctrine, exegesis, and hermeneutics shapes everything in the LIFE Path.

Mark’s roots run deep in Wyoming, near Sheridan, where the rugged landscape shaped him with resilience and grit. Those wide-open spaces still feel like home. Through seasons of hardship, tragedy, success, and unexpected opportunities, Mark learned to lead by leaning into the only constant - God’s truth.

From navigating boardrooms to political battlegrounds to personal valleys, every chapter of his story forged the blueprint he now uses to equip others. His musical background, serving in church for decades, continues to be a source of joy and worship. His volunteer work in the local community keeps him grounded and connected to real people with real struggles and real potential.

Lead Thru Life operates as a for-profit organization intentionally. Mark chose this route because nonprofit status imposes constraints and oversight that limit essential forms of civic, cultural, and faith-driven engagement. By remaining independent, Lead Thru Life is free to speak boldly, act decisively, and serve without compromise.

 

While contributions are not tax-deductible, every resource, coaching session, and initiative advances one goal: to restore God-honoring leadership to culture.
