You did the hard part. Eighty-five statements, seventeen written answers, ninety minutes of telling yourself the truth. Now you're looking at four stage scores and a page of handwriting — and three questions you can't answer alone:

 

Is this profile normal — or a warning? Which of my low modules actually matters first? And what do I do Monday morning?

 

An assessment reviewed alone gets explained away. Every man does it: the score was low because it was a hard week, because the question was worded strangely, because home has been "a season." Your own explanations are the most persuasive voice in the room — and the least reliable one.

 

The Formation Debrief puts a second set of eyes on your numbers.

How it works

 

Before the call — You send your stage totals, module scores, and three of your written responses at least 48 hours ahead. Mark reads them the way he's read hundreds of profiles: for the pattern, not the flattery.

 

On the call (45 minutes) — Together you'll:

​

• Name your profile result. Most successful men score strong on Execute and exposed on Leverage — real output on an unstable foundation. The output is exactly why no one has ever questioned the foundation. You'll find out if that's you, or which of the other patterns is.

• Face the work/home gap. Your company gets your trained behavior. Your family gets your actual formation. Wherever the two numbers split, you'll deal with the true one.

• Locate your starting point. The LIFE Path is sequential — the earliest exposed stage governs everything downstream. Starting in the wrong place costs a season. You'll leave knowing exactly where the work begins, and what to leave alone for now.

• Build your first 30 days. Your three lowest modules, each anchored to Scripture and one question worth carrying — plus one faithful action per week for four weeks. Calendar-sized. Checkable. Co-written, so you'll actually run it.

Within 24 hours — You receive your Starting Point Plan: everything above on one page. Print it. Put it where you'll see it. Show it to the man you're going to invite in.

 

In 90 days — You retake the assessment on a date we set together. Formation is measurable over a quarter — you're not chasing seventeen perfect scores, you're looking for honest movement in the two or three places God has put His finger.

What it costs — and why it might cost nothing
