The Designed to Lead Intensive does exactly that. Over four private sessions, you'll uncover how God specifically constructed you, read your strengths through a biblical lens, and leave with a written direction for where He's positioned you to lead.

Using your LIFE Path assessment, we'll map the patterns, talents, and instincts that make you effective, where your strengths compound, where they create the most value, and which blind spots have been quietly taxing your growth.

 

You leave with: a full read on your LIFE Path profile • your natural leadership advantages, named • your blind spots, on the table • confidence in your own style instead of a borrowed one.

 

 

Week 3: Assignment & Alignment

 

Define where you're called to make your mark

 

Knowing your strengths isn't the same as knowing your direction. This session finds the intersection of your gifts, your responsibilities, your passions, and your calling across family, business, ministry, community, and career so you know where your effort multiplies.

 

You leave with: a defined assignment • certainty about where you add the most value • relief from operating outside your strengths • your gifts and your responsibilities finally pointing the same direction.

Week 4: Vision & Leadership Direction

 

Write the roadmap for your next season

 

Leadership without direction just produces motion. In the final session you'll write a personal leadership vision and a practical 30–90 day plan so what you learned becomes what you do.
